INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Per le spedizioni nazionali, i tempi medi di consegna sono di 2-3 giorni lavorativi, anche se la maggior parte degli ordini viene recapitata entro 24-48 ore.
- Prodotti in preordine: La data di uscita stimata è sempre indicata nella scheda del singolo prodotto.
- Spedizione unica: L'ordine verrà evaso esclusivamente quando tutti gli articoli contenuti al suo interno saranno disponibili a magazzino. Se desideri ricevere subito i prodotti in pronta consegna, ti consigliamo di effettuare ordini separati.
Sì, è possibile modificare o cancellare un ordine di articoli in pronta consegna, purché questo non sia stato ancora affidato al corriere per la spedizione.
Qualora il pacco sia già stato preso in carico dal corriere, non sarà più possibile modificare o annullare l'invio; una volta ricevuta la merce, potrai procedere con una richiesta di reso (con spese di spedizione a carico del cliente).
Prodotti in preordine: Per gli ordini contenenti articoli in preordine, si fa riferimento alle clausole dedicate specificate nei nostri Termini e Condizioni dei Preordini.
